Reservation Policy
In order to complete the reservation on Triantafilia Guesthouse an advance payment is necessary, which is 25% of your total stay price. The advance payment can not be less than the price of the one night stay.
In case of email or phone reservation, you have to deposit the required amount to the provided bank account within 5 days. In the deposit you should mention your full name. Upon completion of the deposit you should attach via email at welcome@triantafilia.gr the receipt of the deposit.
Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees, shall be covered solely and exclusively by you.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation for any reason, at any time.
- If the cancellation is made at least 21 days before your arrival, you are refunded by the full amount of the deposit.
- If the cancellation is made in less than 21 days before your arrival, no refund is given.
- If case of a cancellation during your stay (if you want to check out earlier than you reserved), you are obliged to compensate 50% of the total price of the remaining days of your reservation.
Terms of accommodation
- Check-in time is after 14:00, unless it is agreed otherwise.
- Check-out time is before 12:00. The day of your departure is not charged.
- In case of late check-out until 18:00, you are charged with 50% of the price of an overnight stay.
- In case of check-out after 18:00, the full day is charged.
- You must comply with the quiet hours policy. From 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
- It is not allowed to accommodate extra people in the rooms, more than the agreed number.
- Pets are allowed on request to the management of Triantafilia Guesthouse.
Children and extra beds
- One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
- Every further child from 0 to 18 years is charged 10 euros per night for extra bed.
- All adults are charged 10 euros per night for extra bed.
- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
- The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1.
- Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the management.
